Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At House of Tarasha, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Customized, personalized, and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a request, simply contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost. After inspection, if the item meets our return criteria, a replacement or refund will be issued. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
In case of damaged or wrong product delivery, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item for a full replacement.

Refunds
At House of Tarasha, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your return is approved under our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please Note:
- Refunds are only applicable for eligible items (non-customized, non-sale, undamaged).
- We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at houseoftarasha@gmail.com mentioning your order ID and send your item to: “2315, Pachva Chorahan, Nahargarh Road, Ganga Mata Ki Gali, Chokdi Purani Basti, Jaipur, Rajasthan.-302001“.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: “2315, Pachva Chorahan, Nahargarh Road, Ganga Mata Ki Gali, Chokdi Purani Basti, Jaipur, Rajasthan.-302001“.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of Initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
