Shipping & Delivery Policy

At House of Tarasha, we aim to deliver your jewellery with utmost care and efficiency.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), and once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

We currently ship across India using reliable partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

We provide free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499 . Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional fees of ₹75.

Please ensure your address is accurate to avoid delays or returns; any re-shipping will incur extra charges. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen events like strikes or natural calamities.
